About Me
Selen Ataoğlu is a graduate of Marmara University (Capital Markets) and holds an MBA in Business Administration. She has more than 16 years of experience in finance and industrial process management. Throughout her career, she has worked in multinational companies as an Industrial Controlling Manager, focusing on budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency. She has also collaborated with international teams on digital transformation and SAP go-live projects.
Her hands-on experience across sectors such as food, manufacturing, glass, and consumer electronics has provided her with both deep insight and practical execution skills in making costs visible, managing performance, and improving operational efficiency.
Selen approaches finance not only through numbers, but through the flow of operations and human transformation. She believes every organization has its own unique rhythm. For this reason, her work is centered on accurately assessing current capabilities, simplifying processes, and making data-driven decision-making a natural reflex within the company. She prioritizes solutions that are practical, sustainable, and implemented through internal resources.
